Mediation
If direct resolution fails, disputes may be referred to mediation under the Malaysian Mediation Centre rules. The mediation shall be conducted in English or Malay.
Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the Asian International Arbitration Centre rules in Kuala Lumpur.
Class Action Waiver
Important notice regarding collective legal actions
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are prohibited. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
